Order and tracking


    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, (excluding bank holidays).

    Orders placed and paid for on a Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

    We will send a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment has been received. You will receive a new confirmation (support@merodacosmetics.com) as soon as your order has been shipped to the specified address.

    We will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. Please complete all sections of your address, don't forget your house number (you'll be suprised how many people do).

    Failure to complete the necessary address or contact information can result in your order remaining at an "unfulfilled" status. We always attempt to reach out to you if this is the case, your response is required in order to move your order to despatch and delivery. Sometimes we get feedback that our emails go into "SPAM" or "Junk" folders, so please check these if you have not had your parcel in the scheduled delivery times. The order can only remain at unfulfilled status for 30 days, after which we will be forced to cancel the order due to the excessive daily administration to manage the order. If we have had no response from you, within 30 days of placing the order, then your order will be cancelled WITHOUT refund, due to the additional admin charges. But like we would do, we expect that if your order is not delivered in the specified time window, or you don't receive confirmation of shipping with tracking number, then you will reach out to our support team to raise a query.

    Your order will be delivered by a courier service. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements or drop your package at a pickup location. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave it ‘hidden’ at the address.

    We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only. However, we do work closely with the couriers to improve service and we will soon be introducing delivery options at checkout where you can pay to upgrade delivery or insurance.


    You will find a Track & Trace number in the email with the shipping confirmation. With the Track&Trace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.

    For shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, if the payment of your order has been successful on working days, over 95% of these orders are delivered the very next day.

    Please note the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

    In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We can only start an investigation with the courier within 7 DAYS of the original delivery date.

    The sooner we start the claims and investigation process the sooner we can re-send or refund your items.


    Processing: Your order is currently being processed into our warehouse system.

    Dispatched: Our courier has collected your order from our warehouse and is in the process of delivering it to you.


    If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package please ensure before contacting us that you:

    1. Check with neighbours and family members
    2.  Look around the delivery location
    3. Check for a notice from the courier of attempted delivery
