  • Do you sell your products on physical stores?

  • Is it possible to cancel an order?

    After placing an order, it is not possible to cancel anymore. Of course you have 30 days to return the product if unused.

  • Where is my order?

    We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send out a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

  • No confirmation email received?

    Please check your spam box, if you still did not receive it, please contact support@merodacosmetics.com

  • How can I unsubscribe from your marketing emails?

    To stop receiving emails from Meroda Cosmetics, please click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the emails you receive.
